Krool Rings are made to order specifically for a customer's finger and every design comes in a range of specific sizes, use this conversion chart if you already know your finger size in australian sizes or diamter. Or alternatively, download and print out the document linked on the bottom of the page if youve never been sized and arent sure. Best practice would be to visit a jewellery shop and try on the sizes but this is the next best thing. If you get it wrong dont stress I do free resizing but that takes time and effort when i could be doing better things like charity work or saving the turtles.

All Krool Gold Jewellery is made using Ethically sourced Solid 9ct Yellow gold. Considered the most versatile and visually pleasing metals to make Jewellery with. Strong structure, bright and bold colour and Timelessly Valuable.
Silver
Krool Silver Jewellery uses Ethically sourced Sterling Silver 925, alot of which is recyclyed scrap from previous orders due to wastage during the manufacturing process. Sterling Silver paired with its traditional alloys can be more susceptible to tarnish, so we use Tarnish Resitant Alloys to give our silver jewellery a longer and brighter lifetime against your skin
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders may take longer due to the handmade nature of each item.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard Delivery: $12.50 flat rate shipping to all of Australia that should take 2-10 business days from the date of postage.
Free Express Delivery: All orders over $200.00 AUD get free express shipping to all of Australia that should take 1-3 business days from the date of postage.
Express Delivery with Insurance: $40.00 flat rate express shipping with insurance to all of Australia that should take 1-3 business days from the date of postage.
Click & Collect
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a $40.00 AUD. Shipping times vary based on location.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Krool is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@krool.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@krool.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Opals are a beautifully unique stone, No two the same. We use them in triplet form which means each has a layer of resin over the top of the opal to give a durable and protective barrier to an otherwise brittle stone.
If the seal between these two layers is broken then any moisture from steam or water can create a foggy effect over your opal. If this happens we replace all compromised opals free of charge but to minimize your chances of this happenning we highly recconmend not wearing opal jewellery in High temperature/High mositure situations such as hot showers, saunas, volcanos etc.
We promote all our jewellery as "Everyday Wear" so we dont think it is necessary to remove your jewellery before swimming or bathing but if you do keep it out of the water it should have a longer brighter life.
