Ring Sizing
Sizing rings can be pretty difficult to get right, your best options are to try measure the diameter of your finger and use the conversion chart on the sizing page, or theres a printable document on the sizing page that has some cutouts that work well for sizing. Or for a more precise fit, pay a visit to your local jewellery shop and try on the ring sizes, id recommend this as the best way to get the most comfortable fit for your personal preference, and will prevent having to organise a size exchange.
Wrong Size?
So you’ve gone and muddle up your finger size hey dingus? not to worry we
will sort it out for you FREE of charge (legends). Here is what you have to do.
1. Buy a parcel or post satchel and direct it to:
Krool, 381 Brunswick Street
Fitzroy, Victoria, 3065
2. Buy another parcel or satchel and create a return package with YOUR
postal address filled out on it for us to return to you.
3. Get your ring, return satchel AND a note with your name, order number,
contact details and NEW FINGER SIZE required for the resize.
4. Put all of the above items in the outgoing satchel and send it to Krool Headquarters
5. Wait patiently and your correct size ring will be returned to you shortly
FREE of charge (legends) (but you shout the postage)
Right Size Guarantee
If your ring is the wrong size. You can return it to us and we will replace it promptly and free of charge. You'll just need to help us with the postage.
Silver Tarnish
Krool Silver Jewellery uses Ethically sourced Sterling Silver 925, alot of which is recyclyed scrap from previous orders due to wastage during the manufacturing process. Sterling Silver paired with its traditional alloys can be more susceptible to tarnish, so we use Tarnish Resitant Alloys to give our silver jewellery a longer and brighter lifetime against your skin
“Tarnish is a product of chemical reaction that is caused by the other metals that are mixed with silver reacting to moisture and sulphur in the air. Sterling Silver will generally tarnish quicker in high humidity climates and places with high levels of air pollution. Things like perfume, hairspray, deodorant and moisturisers can all contribute to further tarnishing of your silver due to the chemicals reacting with the silver.”
We here at Krool Promote "Everyday Wear" when it comes to our jewellery and we dont want to change that. 99% of people will never experience any issues, but all silver jewellery no matter its quality is prone to some form of oxidisation / tarnish for some clients. We feel as if we have mastered the recipe well enough so that we have drastically minimized its chances but still tarnish can. To help decrease the risk of tarnish these steps always help in minimzing any silver jewellerys risk of tarnishing
- Remove jewellery when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water
- Avoid wearing jewellery when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise
- Never expose jewellery to household cleaning products, especially bleach and highly reactive solutions
- Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material
- Remove jewellery when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting. Any residue dulls the shine of your ring
- Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity
Opal Care
Krool uses Australian black opal triplets in our opal rings. High quality opal peices coated in a resin to increase werability. Occasionally during manufacturing a gap can form between the opal and the resin, its unnoticable to the naked eye, but if moisture fills the space an air bubble can form and create a cloudy streak in your opal. To avoid this, not wearing your opal ring in the shower or swimming or any situation with a lot of steam will help. But none the less if you notice a bubble we are happy to replace it. If there is a problem or fault with your purchased rings setting and you think the stone is loose you can return it and we will tighten it for you free of charge.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with a krool product, email info@krool.com.au. If you need to exchange something for a different size then we are happy to do so for free as long as you cover the postage costs. If there is an issue with the product that you don't wish to be replaced, a refund can be arranged once the issue is identified and product is returned. If there is no issue with the product but you decide you don't want it anymore we can offer store credit once the product is returned.

Krool Higned Earrings are hand crafted and were designed to be a comfortable and stylish everyday earring for our customers with a easy to use hinge system. Hinges in Jewellery can be considered one of the most difficult mechanisms to achieve and maintain quality, with constant moving and tension brings wear and tear. We have put months of effort into trying to perfect our hinge system to minimise any faults but with any moving parts comes quality control.
