we handcraft most pieces to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for us to actually create your order with our hands. you’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

• standard delivery: $12.50 flat rate (2–10 work days)
• free express: Orders over $200 AUD (1–3 work days)
• express with insurance: $40 AUD flat rate (1–3 work days)

Click & Collect:
pick up in-store within 5–10 days. we’ll email you when it’s ready.

International:
flat $40 AUD. delivery times vary. customs and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

we accept returns for damaged or faulty items. email info@krool.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out case by case.

change-of-mind returns aren’t offered on made-to-order pieces.
