once you place your order, we get to work. most pieces are made to order and ready to ship or collect in 7 days. if it’s urgent, let us know.

yes — especially if it’s one of ours. we offer repairs, resizing and occasional resurrection. email us with a photo and what needs fixing.

use our sizing guide, printable chart, or pop into the fitzroy store for a proper fitting. if you get it wrong, we resize for free — you just cover the postage.

yes. choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. usually within a week.

yep. most pieces can be tweaked, engraved, or built from scratch. if you want something personal or weird, hit us up before ordering.

standard shipping is $12.50. orders over $200 ship express for free. want insurance? that’s $40. international orders are flat rate $40 aud.
