For our silver pieces we work in Sterling Silver 925, but we use a tarnish resistant alloy that has done wonders for keeping our customers jewellery brighter for longer.

For our gold we mainly work in Solid 9ct Yellow gold, but all these pieces can be made in any other colour or purity of gold upon request. just shoot us an email

Sometimes. If your gold is hallmarked and your stones are stable, we can likely reuse them. Just know that old metals can behave unpredictably — so we’ll need to assess it first.

Prices vary depending on materials and design, but most custom rings fall between $1,500 and $6,000. Consults and quotes are free.

We dont like the idea of selling jewellery you have to take off all the time. we think you should wear it everyday and if anything goes wrong we are happy to help you fix it.

If you do want to be extra careful, Take it off when swimming, sweating or doing weird things with your hands. Silver will naturally oxidise over time — a gentle polish brings it back to life.

Yes. We collect all our offcuts, dust and filings to refine and recycle. We buy fresh from gold from a refining house in sydney which also uses recycled gold from jewellers around australia who are trading their offcuts in return for money.

This does happen unfortunatley, we are working with an ever changing, very volatile commodity.

Our gold Prices are subject to constant recalculation (usually every 6 months). Our margins on gold are quite thin. We dont want to make flimsy jewellery thats hollowed out or optimised to be lightweight. By priotising aesthetics, some of our gold rings are quite heavy. This makes them expensive, and subject to changing prices.

Fortunately the price of silver is very consisntent so we can offer what we think is a very considerate price on our silver pieces, and they arent subject to much change over the past few years

Anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the design, materials and our queue. We'll confirm the timeline after your consult — and we won’t ghost you.

Most peoples wont. Some peoples skin will still react to silver even with our tarnish resisntant alloys.

We are happy to polish any pieces that get tarnished, but unfortuantely for some customers its does come back

We dont offer any plated jewellery. Plating wears off over time, it doesnt ssit well with us a piece completley changing its colour after a few months of wear. So we only work with solid precious metals

Most pieces are made to order and ship within 7 business days. For custom pieces about a month or so — we’ll keep you posted either way.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250. For anything under that, a small flat rate applies. Need it faster? Express is available at checkout.

Yes. If you're in Melbourne, you’re welcome to pick up your piece from our Fitzroy studio. Just select 'local pickup' at checkout — we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

If we haven’t started making it yet, sure. Email us ASAP. Once it's in production, we can’t make changes — but we’ll always do our best to help.

Let us know within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out. Every piece is inspected before shipping, but if something went wrong, we’ll make it right.

If you just changed your mind on a piece, we are happy for you to return it for store credit (but please be considerate everything is made to order, so we dont want to be doing labour that goes unused) If there’s a sizing issue or manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it out for you free of charge.

Yes. We offer one free ring resize within 30 days of delivery (just cover shipping). We also offer repairs on most pieces — reach out with photos and we’ll advise.
